Business and Small Event Photography is one of my favorite types of photography. I've worked extensively with local chambers and small businesses capturing images that tell a story of who they are and what they believe in. I'd love to chat with you about how we can use professional photos to elevate your brand or community!

I believe strongly in the importance of small businesses, buying local, and helping creative entrepreneurs (like myself) succeed.

I want to come photograph your business, your farm, your town. My goal will be to provide you with images that both tell a story of your business but also helps you promote and capitalize your brand.

The first step will always be to sit down with you and talk about your business and what your creative vision is. Or if you aren't sure, I will help you design a way to tell the story of your business. We will talk about what you do, things that are important to you—we’ll chat over coffee about you and what you do.

Next I will take some time to craft a plan for how to tell the story of your business in images during the activities we’ve planned for the photo shoot. For example, let’s say you are a baker and have a business that you run out of your home. During our pre-shoot meeting, we will have selected several items that you would like to make to have photographed and pick done item which you will make while I hang out and photograph you doing your magic. Also, ’ll have previewed the space and determined the best time of day for the photo shoot based on the lighting.

During the photo shoot, staged shots will be kept to a minimum. I love being in the background documenting what is happening and finding those tiny details that showcase you and your business. After all of the fun I will process professionally process the photos, and you will receive your collection of images with full reproduction rights to use on your marketing materials to tell the story of your business.
